Withdrawal Protocol : Day 10

Hello!

It's day 10. My Ningxia red packets have finished and I don't get to drink it today. Waiting for my Ningxia Red to come and I feel restless about it. Today I just eat my multivitamin supplements to start my day. Hope that my Ningxia red packet would arrive today. I try to include pictures into my posts so that you won't get bored reading it.

I notice that my double chin has slowly fading, I can only feel one chin now. I think it's because of the plain water I've been drinking and no carbonated drinks, no caffeinated and sugar with cream drinks. I can feel that my body is lighter.

White Angelica

For the past few days,  when I woke up every morning I applied White Angelica at the back of my ear. It's like my hand automatically reaching for White Angelica and applied it there. One time I notice that after I applied it, I felt that I was in a state where I see things positively and dealing things easy without me over thinking. When that happens, made me think 'Woaah, this White Angelica is something, now I can see what is everyone been raving about it'. The smell gave me this 'it's going to be ok' mood..I became calm and lighter. The more I use it the more I realise that this blend is somewhat a treasure. I like it because I feel myself connected to this oil, a bond where, if I don't have it on me I feel something is missing. There's a lot of other things that this oil can do and I'm sure it will show when the time calls for it. Although I have tried     twice diffusing it at night to sleep but somehow it makes me restless and didn't get to sleep properly. So I just use this oil as an emotional support. I can say the smell is divine.




















Every month I try to buy at least one new Essential Oil. For the month of October, White Angelica is one of it. I took my time to explore new oils because I know each one of it has their own benefits and can be used in various situations. I will share my new oils discovery in another post.

Withdrawal Protocol : Day 9


Hey, I'm starting at Day 9 because its now when I'm writing and I tend to start and having problems to finish one post. Anyway..while I'm writing this I'm downing my juice from Boost. No it doesn't have any sugar, caffeine or chocolate. I'm juicing because it is one of the ways that can help you go through the withdrawal protocol. As per Jen O Sullivan said that juice an help to cleanse and help to give that boost to pump up your day. 

I'm halfway midday and so far I'm having this sudden 2-3 second of headache on my left crown which I think usually is a sign for me that my period is coming. I think. Actually I'm a bit late like 10 days late. My husband thinks that I might be pregnant and he ask me to go and check it out. I'm still thinking that its because of the painkillers that I took when I sprained my neck few weeks ago. Of course essential oils have helped me at that time but when the pain was excruciating I don't have the choice but to take the painkillers to toned down the pain. Do you think that I'm pregnant? Should I take the pregnancy test?

Anyway, I still can't believe I survived till today, Day 9 with the withdrawal protocol. And it's a good idea for me to documented my journey for future references purposes. I still have yet not to try the Epsom bath because I don't have a bathtub in my bathroom. I was thinking that I could do it when I'm at Japan you know like an Onsen salt bath while enjoying the view and the winter. Nice eh? haha 

Although, I have noticed some changes on me like I don't feel tired like I used to. Thanks to Ningxia Red packets that I have been consuming from the start of this protocol. One of the reason of me doing this protocol are my cravings/addiction to sugar and chocolate. I still have the crave on sweet food and desserts whenever I see one. I guess it does needs time to overcome the craving. It's Day 9 and I have time to do it. Wish me luck!  


Withdrawal Protocol

Hey everyone! ok I want to share you about Withdrawal Protocol. It started 4 days ago where Jen O Sullivan made this protocol. Let's read what she actually said about this Protocol.














30 Day Withdrawal Protocol

Stop all caffeine consumption of any kind. No coffee, no decaf, no tea (herbal is fine), no caffeinated sodas, no chocolate, no Excedrine or pills containing caffeine.

Drink lots of alkaline water. At least half your body weight in ounces. Example: if you are 200lbs then divide that by two swap the lbs to oz to give you a daily intake of 100 oz of water. 

Drink 2 ounces of NingXia Red 4 times per day for the first week then adjust down to 2 times per day or as needed.

Use 1-3 drops per day of your favorite citrus essential oil single or blend. Mix with NingXia Red or add to your water.

Juice at least once per day, and twice if you can. Masticating juicers are best, but a centrifugal juicer is fine too. Drink 12-16 ounces of juiced dark leafy greens such as kale and spinach. Add cucumber, celery, and green apples. Use fresh ginger too if you are experiencing nausea. Drink within 15 minutes of creation to obtain the most benefits.

Take a hot bath every night with 2 cups Epsom Salt and 2 cups Dead Sea Salt for the first 7 nights. For the remainder of the detox take 2-4 baths per week.

The first week get a Raindrop Therapy Massage. Drink more water than usually on this day after your session. Then get a circulation enhancing deep tissue massage once a week. These are often called sports massage to encourage blood flow.

Exercise for a minimum of 30 minutes per day. A brisk walk is fine. You must maintain a higher heart rate and should be sweating by 10 minutes into the exercise. If you’re able to freely talk to someone then you’re not trying hard enough. You must get your lymphatic system moving.

Give yourself freedom to nap and sleep longer. If sleeping in is not an option, then make sure you go to sleep 2 hours earlier than normal.

Expect to be crabby! Your body won’t be happy but it’s important to stick with this for the full 30 days. Mood swings and a gory temper are to be expected. Use your favorite emotion supporting oils such as Valor, Melissa, Stress Away, or Sandalwood.

Ok, what made me join this protocol was, Jen launch this protocol (Monday) so happens that I did not even eat the following listed on Sunday. But I got to know this protocol on midnight of Monday. So on the day of Monday(Day 1) I just continue following the protocol. Pening? haha me too. But pray for me that I will last till 30 days. Lets hope this protocol can help my well being and straighten it up. I will post every day to update on I'm doing the protocol.
